STRETCHING FRAME STENCILS

We can manufacture self-tensioning sheets. We only need you to provide us with the model of the self-tensioning frame or a drawing so we can cut the stencil with the necessary anchors for its operation.

IN STANDARD (HIGH DENSITY) STAINLESS STEEL BY LASER CUTTING

This is the most conventional Stencil for PCBs without fine pitch components or for encapsulations not lower than 0402.

• Ideal for manual use stencils “Low cost”.
• Limited transfer of paste for Fine Pitch components: ≤ 85%
• Thicknesses in stock: 100, 110, 120, 130, 150, 160, 180, 200 y 250 µm
• Laser cutting tolerance: ± 2µm

IN FINE GRAIN STAINLESS STEEL BY LASER CUTTING

It is advisable to use this type of stencil on PCBs that have fine pitch components with a 0.50 mm pitch or 0201 packages.

• Good transfer of paste for Fine Pitch components: 90%
• Thicknesses in stock: 100, 110, 120, 130, 150, 160, 180, 200 y 250 µm
• Laser cutting tolerance: ± 2µm
